Kiddo+ ("we", "us") is built for parents and caregivers to better understand and support their child's development. Protecting your family's data is non-negotiable for us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account info: name, email, password (hashed), optional phone.
  • Child profile: name, date of birth, gender, concerns, optional photo & documents you upload.
  • Assessment & activity data: answers, scores, completed activities, streaks.
  • Payment metadata: Razorpay order IDs and payment IDs — we never see your card details.
  • Diagnostic logs: minimal request logs to keep the service stable.

2. How we use it

  • To generate your child's personalised activity plan and progress reports.
  • To power AI-generated insights (we send only the minimum context required).
  • To send service emails like password resets and report-ready notifications.
  • To improve Kiddo+ — always with aggregated, de-identified data only.

3. What we never do

  • We do not sell your data — ever.
  • We do not show third-party ads inside Kiddo+.
  • We do not share your child's data with marketers.

4. Third parties we trust

  • Razorpay — to process payments securely (PCI-DSS compliant).
  • Resend — to deliver transactional emails.
  • Anthropic Claude — to generate parent-facing AI analysis; only assessment scores and the child's first name are sent, never identifiers.

5. Your rights

  • Access, edit or delete your data anytime from Settings → Account / Child Profiles / Privacy.
  • Delete your entire account at Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete account.
  • Email support@kiddoplus.com for any other request.

6. Children's data

Kiddo+ is intended to be used by parents/caregivers on behalf of their children. Children should not create accounts directly. All child data is owned by you and can be deleted at any time.

7. Updates to this policy

If we make a meaningful change, we'll email you and post a notice in-app at least 7 days before it takes effect.
