By creating an account or using Kiddo+, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully — they keep things fair for everyone.
1. Who can use Kiddo+
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose profile you create.
2. What Kiddo+ is — and is not
- Kiddo+ is a developmental support and activity-planning tool.
- Kiddo+ is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
- If you have clinical concerns, please consult a licensed paediatrician, psychologist or therapist.
3. Your account
- Keep your password safe — you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Don't share your account with other families.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or attempt to scrape content.
4. Subscriptions & payments
- Pro plans are billed via Razorpay. Prices include applicable taxes unless noted.
- One-time payments do not auto-renew — you'll see a clear renewal CTA before each cycle ends.
- You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancelling stops future billing but keeps Pro features active until the current period ends.
- Refunds: we offer a 7-day no-questions refund on first-time Pro purchases. Email support@kiddoplus.com to request.
5. Content & courses
- Kiddo+ content, activities, videos and reports are for your family's personal, non-commercial use.
- Don't redistribute, screen-record or publicly share course videos.
6. AI-generated content
Some reports and suggestions use AI. We review the underlying logic carefully, but AI can sometimes be wrong — please use clinical judgement and don't rely on it as a substitute for professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiddo+ and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes to these Terms
We'll notify you in-app and by email at least 7 days before any material change. Continuing to use Kiddo+ after that means you accept the updated Terms.
